How to register for the conference and submit your abstract
To participate in PIPC 2025, please fill out our registration form: PIPC Registration Form.docx. If you wish to present your work at the conference, please use the following file for abstract submission: PIPC Abstract Submission.docx. Abstract submission is optional — you are still able to attend the conference without submitting an abstract.
After filling in the information, you need to send the Word files above to our email at pipc2025@phenikaa-uni.edu.vn. The subject line should be “PIPC2025 Your name”. We will check your information and send you a confirmation within two days.
- Abstract submission: August 15, 2025 (extended to August 31, 2025)
- Registration for participants: August 31, 2025.
Full paper submission is not required before the conference.

*Student registration rates are available exclusively to undergraduate and graduate students, who hold valid student IDs at the time of the conference.
Note: Plenary and invited speakers, session chairs, organizing committee and sponsors are exempt from the registration fee.
What the Registration Fee Covers
- Full access to the conference (plenary and parallel sessions)
- Conference materials: a name badge, conference program, abstract book, and certification of participation
- Coffee breaks and luncheon
- Gala dinner
Note: Proceedings fee is NOT included in the registration fee.
