Call for Papers
We cordially invite you to submit full papers for inclusion in the PIPC2025 proceedings, to be published in the Journal of Physics: Conference Series (JPCS) (Scopus indexed). Authors are encouraged to present original work not published or under consideration elsewhere.
Paper preparation
- Full papers must be prepared using Microsoft Word or LaTeX, according to the JPCS guidelines and templates, and then converted to PDF files for submission (Word and LaTeX templates).
- A paper should include title, author list and affiliations, abstract, keywords, main text, figures, tables, and references as required by JPCS. Typical length is 6–10 pages for standard papers.
- All papers will undergo a peer-review process coordinated by the conference editors and the program committee.

Important dates
- Full paper submission deadline: March 15, 2026
- Submision of revised papers: April 30, 2026
- Notice of provisional acceptance by conference editors: May 10, 2026
- Final acceptance and Proceedings publication: June 2026
APC and publication
- Article Processing Charge (APC) of 110 USD or 2,900,000 VND will apply for each paper provisionally accepted by the conference editors. Please note that the fees will not be refunded in the case your paper is finally not published by IOP.
